cant flash via usb

so, been using a ViX image for a few month but wanna try something different, ive opted for Blackhole, formatted to fat32, extracted file, powered off using the switch at the back, inserted the usb and powered on but the box just boots as per normal and doesn't flash, tried with open pli but its still the same, so is ViX stopping me? if not what am i doing wrong?

Hi it's your flash drive it needs a low level format, I had the same problem http://hddguru.com/software/HDD-LLF-Low-Level-Format-Tool/ run it then format as normal fat32

yes that's why you need to use the tool, it gives it a very deep clean like a new drive that's the best way I can put it, give it a go

Have all other usb sticks been removed, if any were connected?

Have you tried all usb ports?

Are the files on your usb, in the correct structure?

usb formatted fat32
pen contains vuplus folder, inside this folder is the duo folder duo

I can only confirm it has nothing to do with Vix, as I have just flashed 2 duo's this morning without problem.
