Cant log into Solo

Hi Im using filezilla to try and get into my Solo. When I enter Root and password it is unable to connect even though ip address is right.

I take it you use the password you set yourself in the box.

Sometimes rebooting the router helps.

Ive rebooted the router a few times and I havent changed the password I use the root/password option

If you haven't set a password, there is no password. And Filezilla needs that. So best use the telnet command

passwd

to set it and try again.

Using putty It says Connection failed

Still wont connect. I think I might need to reinstall Helios

What does the neworktest say?

It says ipaddress unconfirmed

Thats so wierd just redid the test and all green ticks. Checked ip address of the box and its changed. I can now log into the box. Thanks for the help
