[VU+ Duo] channels not working for days at a time

Hi...I'm a newbie but I got a vu+duo Dec 14 and my channels won't work for days and then they come back for maybe a week then go off again, having this problem since I got vu +duo, any help guys

What do you mean by channels not working ?. Please bear in mind that we can not provide help with illegal methods of viewing pay TV channels ie card sharing.

I'm just wondering is it a faulty box because streaming is working and all free to air are working just wondering is it a fault in the box, I'm not talking about anything illegal, thanks

if streaming and free to air are ok i cant see it being a faulty box.
its probably the method you are using to obtain the premium channels.

Then it's down to how you are decoding your pay tv channels not a hardware fault. so do you have a card for the channels you are trying to view because if not we cant help further for legal reasons.
