A change involves altering state form A to B. A deletion and addition. Some of the changes you are requesting clash with existing numbers.

Is it possible you can attach an amended file and we'll commit that? Please use a Linux compatible editor like Notepad++, not to be confused with windows notepad

For Love Nature HD it can be moved to an empty slot as it's virgin only.
