Edision OS Mini EPG problem

PLEASE HELP!

I have Edision OS Mini. I thought I was good at this after doing a couple of Zgemmas - it's a similar process.

However...... the only issue I'm having with Edision (I have Openvix) is when I go to configure CrossEPG Downloader it is says: Preferred lamedb where usually you can change it to your hdd it only gives me 2 options - lamedb and main lamedb.

It says Lamedb used for epg.dat conversion. This option doesn't work with crossepg patch v2

I only have the FTA EPG, it won't download the full EPG.

Can anyone help?

Your above statement is incorrect. You define the location of EPG.dat and indeed the name, in EPG settings, not CrossEPG downloader settings.

Hi abu,

Can you help me..... I have a zgemma of which I know all about at this stage! and I've just set up an edision os mini.
The only problem I have is the EPG. It's different to zgemma where you can set your EPG to hdd.

In CrossEPG Setup it only gives me this option..... Preferred lamedb and it doesn't show hdd.

Then it says Lamedb used for epg.dat conversion. This option doesn't work with crossepg patch v2.

Follow the guides in links above. You define where to save EPG in EPG settings menu

the os mini can take a few seconds to register the HDD or inter flash when setting up epg
