[VU+ Duo2] Epg holes

Upgraded both my duo2 and solo2 to 016 this morning and am now getting holes in epg, I only have open tv sky England set on both.

Update, i went to put my box into deep standby before and the shutting down screen showed for ages... managed to telnet in and sent reboot command, box started to reboot, but only got as far as splash screen, front screens didn't come on, managed to send halt command by telnet and box halted, flashed back to 011 from usb and restored the same settings i used to restore my 016 flash and the epg is fully populated again.
