[TM-NANO-SE] Error message 'no free tuner'

Hi,

I have a twin tuner receiver, but when I select record then try to watch another channel a error message pops up stating 'no free tuner' any suggestions on how I can fix this?

What are both your tuner settings? Do each of your tuners have direct feed to lnb?

Can you check the back of the receiver and see how many signal wires are connected . The signal wires should be direct from the satellite dish/lnb.

Just the one signal line is connected

You need two feeds to support two tuners. have you any spare ports on your lnb (dish) you could run a second feed from?

Are you unknowingly recording two separate channels? Check your timers?
