[ET10x00] ET10000 frozen at boot splash screen

Trying to restore image from 8gig kingston usb stick.
renamed noforce to force
all periferals detached, even removed rj45.
with or without usb installed the box turns on and stops
at ET10000 on front panel.
Any help greatly appreciated

can you access the box through FTP and update that way. sometimes it worth trying a re-flashing as sometimes this works. did you purchase from the sponser with vix image or other image?

Then its not seeing th ET10000 folder on the USB, as it should say Flash Image?
Format the USB stick Fat32 again, reload the image onto the USB (ET10000 folder containing the image files) andtry again ....... Or better still try a different stick... Not Kingston.
Should not need force.

Most of the non-flash issues I have seen on this site, have been down to the stick or not formatted correctly .... Even with Kingston!
