What type of support thread are you creating?
Support question
What OpenViX Image build number are you using?
6.9.003
Have you tried re-flashing WITHOUT settings restore?
NO
Have you tried re-flashing WITH a settings restore?
NO
This is not really a support question but I wasn't sure which group to post this.

A bit of a silly question I suppose, but which disk or where is the correct location for the following folders:
movie, backups, timeshift and trash.

I ask because I have a problem with the internal seagate 500Gb disk, or so OpenVix reports that when I check the filesystem.
I also have a Samsung 128Gb external disk attached by USB3 cable, and the said folders are now on that disk, which I thought was strange.
I have now ordered a new Kingston 500Gb ssd disk to replace the Seagate ssd, and want to be sure of what to do before I install it in the box.
Also should the new disk be formatted ext4. or something else.

Thanks, and again, apologies if it is in the wrong section,

Blue button ---> ViX plugin---> MountManager ........ check the correct disk is mounted as HDD
Blue button ---> ViX plugin--->BackupManager --- > Menu button, check using HDD for backups.
Blue button ---> ViX plugin--->ImageManager --- > Menu button, check using HDD for images.
Trash etc should get allocated to teh HDD

Format new disk as Ext4

Thanks for that, but just so I am 100% sure, do I have to move or copy the said folders from the 128Gb samsung ssd to the 500Gb kingston ssd first.
I have never had to do something like before, only on computers

Pressing the blue button now, gives me 4 options.
ABM Scanner
EPG-Importer Now
ViX Image Management
Activate Picture in Picture
but not Mount Manager nor BackupManager
