A friend of mine needed help as he wanted a dish put up,

He has Triax TD64 dish and so we manage to mounted it same level as next door neighbor's house (sly dish) height wise

Im getting good signal but no lock on.. SNR is 85% No AGC (sat finder on vix)

Can I ask if elevation should be set to 25.4? on the dish (because next door's looks different to mine, my one looks more pointing down...)

I have a sat meter in which I gonna use but have not a clue how to it...

have you tried the dishpointer site ?, if i remember correctly that should give you the correct elevation for your location.

I want to make sure why mine looks different to next doors elevation

There are plenty of installers kicking about the forums at various times, i'm sure one of them will be able to help you out when they see the thread.
