Network Mounts
Hi there, I am looking for help with a problem I have connecting from one VU Box to another to watch recorded media. My set up is three VU+ Boxes, a Vu+ Uno4K SE and two Vu+ Solo², all are running latest image. I have enabled both Samba & NFS on all boxes, all my mounts are connecting with NFS and when they are set up using Network Browser they appear to install correctly to the harddrive but when I select media & press yellow then select a specific media path I get an error saying the location does not exist. However, if I set up the mount to the Root as opposed to the HDD it installs in the same way but the media is visible when I select it in media path. Whilst I can connect to the remote box this way I can't get my head around why the boxes are happy to share eachothers Root but not just the Harddrive.
I have also tried using CIFS mounts but I encounter the same problems...........................
