[VU+ Ultimo] Missing programme synopsis

Hi. I'm seeing more and more programmes where the synopsis is missing. Anything I can do to stop this happening? The programme title is there but description is missing.

As above, please give a little more info about your setup, how you are downloading the EPG and to where it is being saved.

Sorry guys. Yes, it's cross epg being saved onto a USB stick in the back of the box.

Delete the existing EPG ( you may need to terminate Enigma first with a telnet session and the init 4 command ). Then reboot the receiver and set the EPG up again, also if you have a Internal HDD try using that for the EPG instead of a USB stick, the receiver will not suffer as a result unlike when placing picons on a HDD.
