[VU+ Ultimo4K] MKV file playing problem

After seen about 90% of a mkv file the picture freeze but sound continues.
Using default player.
Cannot forward past this point.
Moving the file to a PC with vlc player, then is is ok?


Any ideas?

Could be a dodgy mkv file you are watching. PC's can usually play corrupted files especially vlc player. I have the Vu+ Ultimo 4K and have loads of mkv container files and they work flawlessly. If they didn't I just remux them and that 99.9% corrects any issues I have encountered.

As said above it sounds like a corrupt or incomplete MKV.
