[GiGaBlue HD800UE+] Network activity stopping - Spinning logo and crash

I'm hoping one of you guys can point me in the right direction with a weird network/receiver lockup issue.

I've been having problems using network based features on my Gigablue HD800UE+ box. Watching TV using CCcam 2.30r2 works fine and never drops out, however features that use network activity (for example onDemand, watching video using media player from my NAS and computer or Dreamplex) have a weird issue. I can watch a 3 hour movie or leave the radio player playing for hours with no problem, but the moment I press "Stop" the video/audio stops and the Vix spinning logo appears top left and the box is completely unresponsive except for FTPing to the box itself remotely.

To try and isolate plugins, I have performed a clean flash to Apollo 064 (was originally on Apollo 032 with the same problem) - no plugins installed bar the bundled ones. No USB drives connected at this point. After the initial OpenVix wizard appears I mount the network drive to the NAS, browse through to the NAS using the "video" button > location and can play, stop, pause and rewind with no issue. Even videos played after the initial video work fine. However after I restart the receiver I can only play one video before it locks with the spinning logo top left.

I tried running through a clean flash again but this time restarted the receiver before mounting the network share and tried playing and stopping video. The spinning logo appears and it locks up again.

To make sure it wasn't a fluke initially I flashed once again and tried the initial test - no problem at all UNTIL I reboot the receiver.

The same symptoms happen with onDemand iPlayer, TuneinRadio and Dreamplex.

Any suggestions because I'm at a bit of a loss what to try next? Does anyone else have an issue with their Gigablue HD800UE in this way?

Try generating a debug log for the times these incidents happen. This might provide us with the info we need to look further into this issue.

Thanks for the reply.

Managed to fix it - turns out I couldn't play files locally from USB either. Hitting stop caused the spinning Vix logo. Auto resolution was disabled but my A/V setting for refresh rate was set to 60hz. When I changed this to 'multi' and rebooted the box everything now plays as it should both locally and remotely
