[VU+ Duo2] no sound returning from pip

when i return from pip the original channel has no sound. i have to zap back and forth to get sound again.

but if i remember correctly this bug didn't show up on apollo.
so, maybe it's something different.

It did show up on Apollo, depending on build no./drivers provided by VU.
