[ViX_Misc] OE-Alliance OnDemand Plugin ( BETA - WORK IN PROGRESS )

[Larry-G]

thats realy bad news , i hope you guys will bypass the geo lock . for me this plugin is THE BEST plugin ever that have hit enigma2

I could not agree more, although I am uk based so the geo lock does not apply to me, thanks to this plugin 4OD and the BBCiplayer have become a daily part or my viewing experience.

This is the coolest plugin ever. Period.

Well hopefully when mac or andy get time to look it over they can fix what ever issue is causing the problem.

Luckily it seems that the problem is only with the 4od player now, other players still work ok.

"Problem retrieving the strem URL" with all of the 4od streams here.

Thanks for your feedback. So we know for sure its something only affecting 4OD. as soon as possible some one will look in to it, this could take a few days though.

I've just checked and all still working fine with me in Ireland.

[Midnight]

bbciplayer and Itvplayer still working for me in Morocco, 4OD giving me the "Problem retrieving the strem URL" as well.

Interestingly, 4OD wouldn't stream for me when I used my unblockus vpn dns settings.

Bbciplayer and itvplayer worked using the dns.

Hope this helps in some way.

just downloaded from feeds today, mightily impressed.

1 question though, is it possible to save the streams to hdd for keeps??

not sure to be honest, i believe there could be DRM involved and it could leave us in sticky water legally if we did implement such a download feature.
