Plexus On Sumvision Cyclone Windows Mini PC

[Yaz27]

Hi All, World of Satellite are having a great offer on Sumvision Cyclone Windows Mini PC, Someone recommended this mini PC to run Kodi.
Some add-ons run only if you have got Plexus installed.
Can I install Plexus on Sumvision Cyclone Windows Mini PC?

Many Thanks
