POWER ADAPTER for MUTANT HD2400

Hi, my Power adapter for my Mutant HD 2400 has died. Anyone know where i can buy a replacement - Model : CW1205000 , INPUT 100-240V , 50/60Hz 1.2A MAX , OUTPUT12V - 5000mA. Bought the Box from here 10yrs ago. Have tried a PC Adapter (which works) but is rated 19V. Grateful if someone could point me in the right direction. Many thanks.

Yes, but it is also the end that goes into the Mutant box, just wanted to make sure i get the correct one. Can you point me to the correct one please for the MUTANT HD2400.
