One observation i have found is if you press help button on epg - system crashes.
Anyone else found this?

confirmed i'll create a ticket for this so andy can look at it.

phoenix, Does this mean you dont need log file?
For future ref can you tell me where log files are stored - which folder on Vu+ Duo

Normally HDD/LOGS but if you press blue button>VIX and LOGS you can change location by pressing menu

menu> setup> system> logs> settings.

The default location is /home/root/

i save mine to /media/usb/ so there located on the usb stick in media/usb/logs. you can also send them directly to us via the logs manager.
menu> setup> system> logs> logs manager ( if you do this please fill in your details in the settings page so we can track the logs sent to us ).

ok just a update, andy has fixed this bug and will be included in the next build.

Hi Guys,

Still getting this error even though I'm on Build 101, have sent two crashlogs in.

2.4-101 was released before This bug was found so the fix will be in a newer build once it is pushed to the OpenViX server. Dont worry It is fixed and a new build wont be long.

Hi Pheonix,

Thanks for the quick reply. I did read there was a fix for EPG - BSoD in Build 101 so that's why I was surprised i was still getting the problem. Not a big deal anyway, but looking forward to Build 111 (if that's what's next).

GAH
