Hi i recently upgraded to the latest version of vix and also upgraded my plugins.

The box seems to be working ok but I'm no longer able to watch one channel and revord another satellite channel. If i select a terrestrial channel such as bbc it works but if select a sky channel i just get a blank screen.

Both my receivers are plugged into my sky dish and nothing has changed other thank the software upgrade.i have no direct antenna feed so not sure why bbc works and sky doesn't.

I have rescanned all channels but i think it was lonlonly on one receiver... not sure how or if possible to tune each receiver.

Any suggestions...

Thanks

recheck you still have your 2 tuners setup the same, also recheck both cables in rear, maybe box was moved?

oops missed that other bit if using cams 1.38 or 2.30 for multi sat receivers:thumbsup:

Hi, sorry only just had chance to check it. Both cables have been removed, checked and re attached. All good.

My cc cam version is 2.2.1 is that ok ?

I have looked at rescanning but i can only seem to scan on tuner a... do i need to scan tuner b also, if so how do you do that ?

Both tuners are listed under tuner configuartion and both settings are identical

Thanks

If you are using CCcam, you need version 2.3 to be able to decrypt two chanenls simultaneously.

Thread will be moved to the ViX-Team-Images-Support-Discussion section. It is best to use the image support section for image issues as problems/solutions are usually the same irrespective of receiver. It also helps others searching for the same issue although they may have another receiver.

Please read the thread in link below which explains things better.
