Remote Control Help

Would anyone know if it's possible to program the remote to control my amps volume level? (I can program to control the tv as per instructions)

I have it connected through the solo's optical output (no HDMI on amp it's a old Yamaha!) and the solo doesn't adjust AC3 levels on the output only mpeg (SD channels).

Any help would be greatly welcome as the remote feels much better in the hand than my Harmony 525.

Otherwise loving the solo and haven't been able to stop playing with it since it arrived!!

no control of AVR possible. If you have HDMI you can try CEC.

Surprising: I find the 5x5-series to be the best ones Logitech made.
But the present 6xx & 7xx series are fine as well.

Having never used any others but the 600 and 650 I can not comment on what is to be considered the best, but I do highly recomend the logitech harmony 6xx range.

Hi,
btw. I also recommend to give your harmony a second chance because when you get used to the activities you will love it. DO NOT USE THE DEVICE MODE BECAUSE THIS DOES NOT REVEAL THE POWER OF A HARMONY.
