RIK satellite channel EPG info missing

Hi I hope I might ask a question please. I am not receiving any EPG information on RIK satellite channels on 39 deg E, so is this because this info is not being transmitted or is it a box setting that needs adjusting. All other EPT channels are fine.
Any suggestions very much appreciated. Thanks

Where are you getting EPG from? You probably need to add another source.

Hi there Huevos, thank you for the reply I am using whatever default source came with the channels, and as such have no idea where the EPG is sourced. How can you add another source?, in which case from where and how and does it replace the default or supplement it?. I would be thankful for any suggestions.

PS I am viewing channels from Hellas Sat 3/4 39 deg E, which means Greece and Cyprus the Greek channels have excellent EPG.

If there is no EPG on the DVB transport stream you probably can download it online.

Use EPG Importer plugin from the feeds. Once downloaded the plugin will be in Menu > Setup > EPG > EPG Import.

In the plugin press BLUE to select the appropriate source for your channels.
