[VU+ Solo] Strange action when recording

First time I am asking or reporting, use to find solutions, by Reading and Learning how other fix the problems, like this forum. The problem I have is that from Apollo 064, and up to now my Solo box, go into a strange mode, no Contact using remote and a spinning X to left, but continou recording, and shows the small Picture to the right, this happens when i push up or down key, on the remote, to see the channel list, the only way for me to come out of this is a hard reset, and if I am fast enough then, go into timers, and delete the record, if not all starts over again. Have no plugins installed by me, and use Mgcam 1.38. Saw a crash log last evening, which I did send, Ref: 1418332604.08 but I am not sure what to do with that, had an email so I will send attachment, in a txt file, but did send it to you trough the box also. I know that the recording is OK. but it is not fun to Watch the Little Picture, and the spinning thing, until the end, or to hardreset and spoil it. Any hints would be great, I really like vix images and this fora. Thanks!

Hello again, updated to Apollo 099, same issue, no crasch log made, tested with instant rec, and then key down, channel list with maybe Three channels, and spinning X to left, and the small screen up right, Think Everything is working
but can't change anything with remote, no Contact with that, and I like to Watch the full screen, any help is welcome. My English sucks, but hopefully something make sence.

I can see that this was a solo problem, in many ways, I was probably the only one, I am happy to report that after an online update today, to version 100 of Apollo, the issue is gone, Thank you and God, whatever it was.

It's same in Venton Unibox HD3! Only on recording and I have Apollo ver. 100 in use. No crashlog. Spinner rolling on.. and on..and on...

Thank you for the reply, thought I was the only one, I had some crasch logs, but not sure of what. No issue so far on ver. 100, I had also Another thing on ver.99, when pulled the front usb, box did crash, not anymore. As you are the second on this issue, and don't understand the craschlogs, I can't help. I hope my box keep running, will soon find out, when or if I find something, I will be back. Thank you again, I am not completly Solo.

I had a imagebackup from Apollo 097. I load it back. It's OK now except EPG issue but it's smaller problem than this

Sounds fine, for my box, VU+solo, the last really stable one is v. 064, so I have that in case, excepts for a slow epg, my is working well on v. 100, so far, I hope it will last that way,

Hello again, I am on v. 106 now, was fine for a couple of Days, but now the issue is back, no craschlog made, had to reboot with the switch at the rear, and delete the timer when it starts over, Wil check for some time, if it happens again I will restore the 064 image. It only happen when I have a ongoing rec. and pusch up or down key, get the small Picture spinning X, and Think Everything is playing as it should, but no Connection with remote, and like the full screen so have to hard reset.

Same issue on the last Apollo 108 image, no crasch log made, the solution for me is to go to menu-timers and delete the current timer first, then it is possible to use up or down key, not if there is an ongoing rec. Not a big issue, but cant move
to a another channel, or even see the channel list, without loosing contact with the remote, and have the spinning x, and small picture, really annoying.
