[VU+ Duo2] Strange problem when restarted and crashes

I have a strange problem when my box is restarted or crashes, it is like a pixelated boarder all the way around the tv picture. To get a rid of it we have to go to menu/setup/system/user interface/position setup then adjust anything for the frame to go.




I have had this problem with an old vix version before (cannot find old post) but the problem did go and came back with Hades onwards.
I thought it was just my box but since upgrading boxes I still have the same problem.
I tried another Image provider to see if this was a problem with all images but after a few days of using the other image I didn't have this problem once.

I really hope this can be sorted.

I think what is more important is why it crashed in the first place.

As an example is it wouldn't load an iptv channel and just hangs.

Go into position setup, press I think it's green button for defaults and turn overscan off on TV.

having same issue with screen position on vu duo2 hades 18.

Its all to do with your overscan feature on your tv. You need to reset back to default in user interfaces/position setup & turn the overscan feature off on your tv.

Im also getting the same issue, i had it on hades 18 and was hoping it was to do with hades, however it also happends on 3.2
i find it hard to believe its anything to do with the tv settings as its never done it before for over a year and a half, and the settings on it have not changed.
im running mymetrixFHD which i thought could be the problem as it had not done this before, untill i changed to it with hades 18.
Before i was running mymetrix non hd i think and never had this problem.
A few times it has happend to me ,i have been exiting the recorded menu,
i have been clearing it by going to restart gui.

mine aint crashing just a thin white line across bottom of screen.

I can get the line to disappear by going into user interface position and adjusting it to the same its already set at, but then when I turn the box on again the day after the line has come back?
