the timers does not change to new time when time is changed example in Daylight saving changes.
each recording timer has to be changed manually.

Check what your time settung is - is it set to transponder?

I have never had any issue myself but i mainly use autotimer and that updates the timers after every scan if anything has changed. Not certain but should do it for single timers as well.

You can only check that twice a year; when DST get active/inactive.
Changing the setting manual doesn't change anything.

That is correct and it is correct behaviour.
Timers have been set to a specific time; why would you want to change them on changing a time zone? The times of transmission and hence reception are of course not changed by changing a time zone on a STB.
