Hello

I have recently received a Vu+ Duo2, with a fresh image of Helios 010.
I have set everything up and all is working perfectly, except transcoding. As soon as I try to connect to my box using my mobile device, I get a spinning VIX log in the top left corner. Once this has shown I have no access to any menus on VIX, but I still have a perfect A/V stream on my Tv.

The setting on the transcoder are all on default values. Even if I change the fps and bit rate I have the same issue.

The only way to solve the spinning VIX logo is to turn the box off on the rear of the device, or wait and sometimes the box will return to normal operation.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated as this is my last step to my perfect setup.

King Regards

Hi,
Are you trying to stream the same channel you watch on TV?

Not usually. It is normally a different channel I'm trying to stream.

Forgot to mention, time shift is disabled and there were no recordings when the issue arises.

Hi,
the last time I tried I had no problem. Can you turn on debug log, restart box, play around and create this error and post log here?

ciao

Yes had this problem when accessing from mobile when outside the home lan.
If you disable timeshift all will work.
Confusing as it appears to be tuner issue, yet works fine when within home lan

Time shift is disabled when I have the issue.

I will have a look at enabling the debug logs and will post them later when I get home.

Thanks for the help so far.
