Hi!
I have a general question here.
I want to set up a system with 3x fixed quad LNB (28.2e, 13e and 0.8w) on one of my 1,2m dish and also have a motorized one for the rest and for extra feeds with 1x quad LNB (mostly used for 4.9E and 27.w).
I nearly have everything for the system except the quad LNBs and Diseqc switches and can not decide what I exactly need to build the "perfect system".
I use a VU+ Duo2 (2x twin tuners) - Living room, Gigablue HD800SE - Bed room (used with remote channel stream converter only).
We watch and record many different channels from different satellites at the same time therefore I would like to have the most flexible system I can have with the most number of feeds.
My idea was to set up 3 inputs of the Duo2 through diseqc switches to the 3x fixed quad LNBs and have motorized dish on the fourth input.
In this case can I set up the tuner configuration somehow to be able to use quad LNB feeds from the motorized dish in the fixed LNBs diseqc switches?
Or should I use only a universal single LNB on the motorized system?
Or should I go through a diseqc switch first to the motorized dish?
