[Zgemma H7] Unable to upgrade after install of OpenViX 5.3

After installing OpenViX 5.3.001, I can't seem to do a software upgrade via the GUI or SSH. The GUI doesn't give anything useful, just that there was an error and to try again.

As above, no updates yet.

You are meant to perform an opkg update, stop e2 then opkg upgrade
