[GiGaBlue QUAD] update to 4.2.029 broken satellites

Updated to 4.2.029.
I have a motor dish and I can't anymore choose 16E or 15W. They are not in the satellites.xml.
These satellites are in atellites.xml_org.
Looked at them with DreamboxEdit and it shows that they have decimal comma (not point) in
the satellite position, like 16,0 E. How to fix it?

Someone yesterday posted the latest XML was missing 16e, it would seem it could be a problem with satellites-xml.org/
