Vu+ Duo 4K - Picture stutter changing channels

Hi, my new Duo 4K is 'stuttering' on changing channels. It generally switches cleanly between SD or between HD channels, (as any TV or STB would do), but from SD 720 etc to HD1920) there is a flash of picture, then a black screen for a second or so before a picture emerges, which is driving me nuts.

Is this something I can fix, or if it is an inherent issue? Do other Vu+/Duo 4K see this behaviour?

Thanks for this. This brings up an option to set the Mode.

I have a Samsung 65 Ultra HD, 3840 x 2160 pixels so presumably there is a benefit in setting the Mode to 2160p and resizing the OSD Position to fit, rather than just leaving it on 1080p which doesn't need resizing?

Is this just a better scaling option or is there any picture quality improvement? Hard to tell visually

Better still if you kill the OSD oversizing on the Samsung, by selecting (usually) "Just Fit" on the screen setup.

I have exactly the the same problem, on a new machine, thinking of returning it to purchaser.
