[VU+ Duo2] Vu+ Duo2 hanging/freezing isue

Hello there,

I have a vu duo 2 with latest vix image install after 15-20 min when i try to change the channel or press any button on remote its stop responding i can see the picture but cant go main menu or ebg etc ( see attch pic ) i have checked fan setting everything seems ok temp is under 27 cc and all so change the HDD but no joy.

can someone please help, its a genuine box not clone with 1 x dvs2 and dvc tuner.

Your box is fully open to anyone on the internet, so anybody/anything could be causing this.

nope i have double checked!

i can watch the tv but when i try to change the channel or go to main menu then this happens it just not responding to anything i have to do reboot every time.

As the box was open to anyone on the internet, it's probably best just to reflash it now & not open it to the outside world again.

Could also be a skin problem, either a fault or corruption, try fresh flash with no restore first.
