hi since i upgraded to V5.0.007 on my duo2 when i turn off my xbox one it no longer turns off the duo2 this worked perfect before
strange thing is it still turns it on ok
i am not 100% sure its even the duo2 it could be the xbox side of things but i did last night reset the setting on the xbox one and re set them up again but with no luck turning off the duo2
is this an issue you are aware of? could there be an option within the duo2 that needs changing?

cheers

Is it something to do with your HDMI-CEC setup in the ViX settings. Menu > Setup > System > HDMI-CEC

i did think that but never changed them before do you know what options in there i may need to put on/off? or just hit and miss and try different settings?

its was set to not enabled i didnt change it the other evening when i noticed it not turning the xbox off as didnt know what it was set to before hand i have now just enabled it but cant test as recording at the moment but will try soon as recording is done

do you think this is what it could have been

can i/you tell from an old image or back up what it was set to as have the old 4.2.023 image and back up saved to my pc still

lol what was i on about recording like it would of effected it lol
so enabled it but still didnt work but in the options

but the options
put your vu duo2 in standby
and wake your vu duo2 from standby

was both off so i enabled them both and this seems to have done the trick

thanks for your help

still not 100% i just went to turn off XB1 and the duo2 stayed on (but tv and amp turned off) so i turned the duo2 off by remote turned the xb1 back on so it all fired up again gave it a min and tried again and this time powering the xb1 down shut it all down

bit of a strange 1 seeing as i cant pin point it to the duo2 or the xb1 but only thing i have done since this happened is the 5.0.007 update unless the xb1 has done a background update over night and i have not picked up on it i have googled the issue but not finding much on it
