I think I'm getting closer. For some time it was working more less ok. In sat finder I was changing satellites and signal was locked on every one.
Then I was trying to update satellites.xml and it's not working anymore.
I think that dish itself, even though it's not perfectly set up, is not an issue. It's how to set up receiver is bigger problem for me.

I had the signal locked on positioner setup (Sky box was working) then I was going to find satellite on Solo, choose satellite (at this point position of the dish was changed - but I didn't know that) and Solo was showing no signal on that satellite because of wrong calibration.
I thought that something's wrong with Solo box because signal on Sky was ok

Well, then I'm lost: you said you have a satellites.xml in var/etc
ViX has a system-file in etc/tuxbox and a user-file in etc/enigma2.

Never touch the system-file: it's being maintained by the image (on every online update).

Go and get an updated version of satellites.xml and place it in var/etc via FTP to the box

I'm having problem with watching ITV 2 HD , it's breaking up every few sec (no problem with other ITVs 1,3,4 all fine), satellite signal is very strong, what's more Sky box with the same signal is playing without any problems.
Is there anything I can do to fix it?

what channel list are you using?

Also in channel list press red button and try one of the other Itv2 see if same thing.

I'm using Catseye, I'm in UK, On the channel list I have only one ITV 2 HD.

Actually it's not only ITV problem.
I have original Sky card in my Solo2 box with Vix on it. Every now and again the picture "pixelise" on different channels - really annoying when you've been spoiled by perfect picture from Sky box.
Satellite dish is bigger than before, signal on 28.2 is SNR:93%, AGC:91% - so what causes this issue? Box? Drivers? Can I tweak any settings?

Check feeds, coax, connectors, lnb, lnb skew, alinement. LNB skew or alignment being very slightly out could cause an issue on some receivers but not others.
