Hi Stav, unfortunately I don't have a motorised dish but perhaps someone else with one may be able to point you in the right direction. If there is one I'll have a look at the code and see if it can be integrated into the system, but obviously can't test it.

Thanks mate just the original one with the timer is fine as this has changed due to the matrix skin change. If it's possible to get the vix night one that would be fine.

Hi there,
It's been long since I was here. Since the last update (when updated last week or so) I lost all my personal metrix customisation. Then when I try to go into plugin-my metrix, the box crashes. As soon as I select my metrix or part settings, the box reboots. So I cannot change any default settings. Any idea why this is? I tried to change to default skin and back to metrix; no luck. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Slow icon in timeshift corrected to show right direction
Position time in Movieplayer corrected to show over 99 mins

New:

"Dish" screen now includes more info - code borrowed from MagicHD so many thanks. I can not test properly as do not have a motorised dish so hopefully it works properly.

Hi Jugulator. Probably not what you want to hear but would suggest a reflash restoring with backup without plugins and then redownloading MetrixHD. I'm guessing the issue is specific to your config as I have not updated Metrix until today and my Duo is fully up to date with Vix and working fine. You could also try deleting via plugin menu first, and then re downloading?

Thanks for your reply. Also since update, when I select plugins from menu, I get a message saying "some plugins are not available: SustemPlugins/Videomode (bestfit)" I have no idea what this is. Any thoughts? I think this has got something to do with it?

Thanks. I had to reflash the device as it crashed when I tried to remove metrix from plugins. Now all is back up and running. My only problem is there is no way I can change the colour if the programs against the channel name. It used to be accent 2 as far as I can remember. But no matter what colour combination I give to accent 1 and accent 2, channel name and program name both remains white! Any fix or could u tell me how to change the colour of the channel name and program. Thanks.

Jugulator - you are right it definitely is/was accent 2. I will have a look at this tomorrow to see if something has changed - in the meantime just try changing the channelselection skin part. I've got a sneaking suspicion one of the the skin parts for channel selection has the accented programme names and one doesnt

Mate I have updated to the recent update but is there something I need to install to get this as the dish when I move sat has not changed it's still the same.

Hi Stav - I have just checked and the version on the feeds is still 51 not the most recent 52 with the fixes. This will update at next Vix update, hopefully very soon

Kiwiz - yes it is called MatrixHD in the feeds. Once downloaded go into the plugins menu and select save skin and then it will switch over.

so now? using latest vix installed metrix> save my skins and its loading and it stuck on parsking skinpart widget for secondinfo bar. vix logo loads very slowly what does that mean? any solution

Hi Kiwiz - did you add any skinparts or leave it standard? Many of the skin parts from the Openstore are built for boxes not running Vix and so will not work/crash the box.

If you are on a Duo or another model with low memory, then I would say that is a good idea. Back in the early days as few other users had issues that cleared when using a swap file
