Cable tuner not working gigablue hd 800 ue plus

Hi guys gigablue hd 800 ue plus combo tuner sly is working but vm tuner not finding channels bought it last week from WOS any ideas? Does it need any files on it thanks for the help

Many possible causes. Is the cable line active. Are your search parameters correct.

Do a full search on all frequencies and see what you get.

One thing that sometimes catches people out is that they do not set their EPG properly

Are you asking how to access AutoBouquetsMaker?
If so, Menu > Setup > Service Searching

Tip:

If ABM works then a full search on all frequencies will also work.

If you get ABM to work after all we have said then your full search settings are wrong.
