information symbol (i) on epg

In my epg tv guide channel listing I get (i) instead of the name of the programmes on some channels
anyone have similar issue
I'm on hades 13
I'm not sure which epg I'm actually using....from the menu i hit the download now
and just configured it to update daily...

Can you advise me where to check and see if the data is actually going to the external hd and not the internal flash

This is what was meant:
Not enough space in the box on the screen to fit the text.


Nothing to do with the storage device. You can check where the EPG data is being save in the EPG settings menu.

Went and tweaked a setting and seems to have sorted it....

You can also change this setting for the 'i' info icon.
Menu -> Setup -> System -> EPG -> GraphicalEPG settings -> Info icon width.

I'm new to these boxes...step up from the f5 I had...been around the forum and picking up bit by bit
some things I don't understand. ..but it's a learning curve
