Will the update go in without viewing the change log . Not trying it just in case

same error but update worked. Now on version 04

everytime i run this update on duo2 box just seems to hang left it for at least 8-10 mins both times, probably a setting i've got wrong but an ideas before start its own thread

resolved my issue must grabbed a diff mgcfg in error when updated to 3.2 other week

TM Nano SE currently on 3.2 004 showing an update available this evening. The error referred to at the start of this thread still appearing when attempting to view the changelog.

enigma2/lib/python/Screens/SoftwareUpdate.py is trying to download the changelog using this code:

Code:
sourcefile = 'http://www.openvix.co.uk/feeds/%s/%s/%s/%s-git.log' %  (getImageDistro(), getImageType(), getImageVersion(), self.logtype)

That would be
Code:
http://www.openvix.co.uk/feeds/openvix/release/3.2/oe-git.log
which does seem to exist. At least it's there now and has been there since Sunday morning - yet I also got the error message when I tried to view it before upgrading.

However...one of the fixes posted for 005 is this:
[SoftwareUpdate] fix log URL.
so it looks like it has been fixed in 005.

[Yes - it was missing the getImageType() {== release} until 005]

It was not fixed when I updated from 004 to 005. I understand that it should be fixed in 006.

here on my et9200 yesterday's update is working perfekt,no problems appeard, thanks a lot for your good work:fart2:

Yip. No problems with any of the updates. It's only the changelog that has needed fixed and would appear to be so for the next update. Good work as always.

It was fixed in the 005 code. When you were updating to 005 you were still running the 004 code.

Ok, so I see it when I update next time.

The coding was fixed in 005.
If you are on 005 and wish to update to 007, you should see the changelog.
