The transponder details are correct. It is C4 HD for sure (program is "The Promise") but the now-and-next info is wrong at the moment.

Hi, got my wintv nova t today and it installed without any problems. The only problem I have is that when I switch from dvbt to my satellite and then back again, my incripted channels do not work (message given is failed to get PID). All the free to air channels are working without problem. I then have to restart my receiver for it to work (restarting enigma or cccam doesnt do the trick).

I dont think it is a hardware problem cos otherwise the fta channels wouldnt work.

maybe its cccam that is doing the problem. if so is there a way to run both cccam and another cam (oscam for example) and use the oscam for just the local card.

Any help will be appreciated as usual.

I'm running OSCAM and MGcamd and don't have any problems with the configs or missing encrypted channels when going back from a DTT Channel.

its the same problem as in openpli 2.0

You should test for example blackhole and tell us if there is any difference. Apperantly there is.

Ok, so tried latest blackhole image and tuner works great without any problems at all. Maybe I will have to keep to this image for now until vix can be fixed which is a shame cos otherwise its a great image.

Also on pli forum there is some info about this. Iam only using FTA channels therefore iam not experiencing any problems.

As reported mine work fine with going back to encypted channels.

Any Nova-t users have any issues with irregular pixelling (not reception issue) on recordings from DVB-T channel if an encrypted channel is recording at the same time. Or a glitch in recording playback if a DVB-T and encrypted Sat Channel. Glitch stops by stopping playback and starting again. The issues seem to happen mostly when there is a lot going on (few recordings and playback at the same time.) Im on PLI currently (till weekend) and things did improve alot after PLI update earlier this week (30 odd packages) but its still not 100%.

Sic is the implementation of DVB-T / Nova-T and usb tuners in general a ground up VIX thing in Vix 2.0 or is it just using all the components from PLi. Should I see a big difference chaning.
Note - my reciever records about 8-10 programs everyday on all 3 tuners so it probably gets more than normal use.

A good test would be 1 x DVB-T channel and 1 x HD freesat and 1 x Encrypted.

This is great. My USB stick has been lying unused for years now. Bought it for the world cup 5 years ago but couldnt get a reception in the office. At last i have some use for it!

I am using cccam but I also tried oscam and still had the same problem. It works great until I switch to a sat channel, then when I go back I get that error and only fta channels work. I tried to restart cam and enigma2 but problem is still there, Only a restart of the receiver gets it working again.

With blackhole it is working great with cccam and has been doing so for a whole day now. I prefer the VIX image but DVBT is important to me so will have to wait for a new update that improves the dvbt support.

we are using different DVB-T drivers, although we do use the usbtunerhelper exe, so give it a go and let us if there is a difference

Installed VIX 2.0 yesterday and Ive installed all todays updates.

Ive had 2 issues (one yesterday and one today).

One DTT channel had no picture (only sound) when I switched from Satellite channel. All others were fine.
Reboot sorted it.

Another DTT channel had no sound today when I switched from Satellite channel. And it was like as if it was going a little slower that realtime and then would pixel.
I checked on TV and picture and sound was fine on the same DTT channel.
When I rebooted the channel in question was fine.

Andy is there a log of what the usb tuner is doing.
I have seen on another site that a user had an issue with a nova-t tuner and returned it and had no issue with the second one.
Is it that the box is asked to do too much for the tuner and cant manage it.

I havent done too much recording on it to see if that has the issue from PLI as I mentioned in earlier posts.

One other question.
Is it possible to see when the poll interval in autotimer runs to see if it coincides with anything.
