have tested whether can two programs via openvix it does not work

is something you can fix via an update

So if the channels are decoded via ci+ in most cases you cant watch 2 channels at same time push since the module doesnt allow that normally. End user ci+ modules allow decoding of ONLY one channel at the time....
So you can not watch more and / or record at same time different channels...

just to be clear, you are using 2 CI modules??
... and whats in Tuner A slot?

Can you provide debug log ……. menu -> setup -> system - > logs -> settings ….. enable, set location to /media/hdd, set to local time
reboot

did you take oscam from the feeds (that is from plugins download - long press blue button) ????
If so which oscam?
you can start by using script Menu, setup, Softcam Management, Softcam Script
then ....
then for example the config files for oscam-latest go in /etc/tuxbox/config/config-latest
