[GiGaBlue UHD TRIO 4K] 6.7 update problem on gigabluetriouhd4k lost internet setup

no internet ,no set up wizard tried recovery flash which works but noway to connect to internet,,wizard starts and crashes,tried few other images flashing including team blue but no internet on any...nead instruction on how to get internet back on box...?? have tried for 3 days.

I am assuming internet is via LAN? If not how are you establishing a connection

we need to see what is crashing and where.
so if you can tell us that it would help

I have just restored a gbtrio4K from scratch without any issues, so need to know exactly what you have done after flashing the image.

So what are you actually doing?

unknown ethernet connection ……do you have a wifi dongle attached? Or as per previous question are using lan connection?
flash image?
Run thru wizard?

or??

can we try and take you thru this one step at a time, s at the moment I feel you are throwing eveything at it without working out the issue.

so when it boots, do you see the initial wizard requests?
"give faults" - can you be more specific?

box boots goes through,english,hdmi,1080,hight/width ,allwork then do you want to let network wizard set up internet connection....yes.....bang...crashhh.....doe you want to let network wizard set up your internet connection...yes...crash,,,over and over again.

What happens if you say no to network wizard and then do it later once rest is setup?

so if you can bypass network setup and finish setup. Then add a usb stick, enable debug logs —-> menu/setup/system/logs/settings enable logs on the usb, local time….reboot.
Then try network setup… menu/setup/network.
If it crashes, stop box, pull usb, transfer all logs (crash & debug) to pc, extract log and post here

i am 77 and have sight problems,your instructions too difficult for me ,but when i put openvix on box 66013 and tried it network wizatrd ok caused 2 crashes and put logs 2 files on the downloads software usb drive hundreds of ,no network installer,cannot finf file,no ware to put,unable to find,can not install network wizard,plushundred of lines with can not find orunable to do,sorry but i wiped usb as neaded to try other recovery files
