Hi all, I have just upgraded my SF8008 to the latest OpenVix 6.8.001 and updated all my ipk's, this has updated my (Kiddacs) Xtreamity to 5.17 20251021 this has introduced an error that wasn't present before the update, on the TV series a lot of the episodes will not play, when I select an episode it opens up but says the episode has zero length and nothing to play, this is hapoening on approx 20% of the files and it is the same on all 4 of my updated boxes so it is definately something in the update. Any suggestions. Unfortunately I didn't save my previous versions!
 
Update:-Managed to restore a deleted slot OpenVix Version 6.7.020 which has got Xtreamity 5.15 20250920 and it plays all the files the newer version won't, can I transfer this older version of Xtreamity to a different slot?
 
If kiddac's plugin is broken it should be reported to him. Nothing to do with OpenViX.

Sorry but as I updated both OpenVix and Xtreamity together I do not know which part is broken, I am away for the weekend so not able to try the older version, my hope was someone had also seen the same issue and could offer a solution?
 
Well if running a specific xstreamity version works, then logic say xstreamity
 
Ok,how about a different issue with OpenVix? PIP no longer works if it involves a stream, it opens what it thinks is PIP but does not display the stream part, it has been like this for quite a few versions but it did work in the past.
 
I doubt is an image issue. Check your config or stream setup.

With xstreamity or playing from a bouquet or ?
Explain…. If xstreamity pip works fine for me.
 
save your stream channels in a list as dvb 1 and the they show in PIP.
 
acwhitehouse sent a pm to kiddac and reported the issue he has been having. It has been traced back to changes for vod files and a new version of the plugin has been supplied.

Sorry for the delay responding, Thanks, it used to work but has not for a few versions, when trying pip it is from BouquetMakerXtream, if I have the stream as my main screen and S1 as pip that works fine, but not the other way around, If I Blue button it thinks pip is happening and tells me to press Blue again to end pip. I only ever try this with one stream and one S1 signal.
 
works fine here and switching is blue and then yellow
 
my streams are saved in bouquet as dvb1 and that works fine.Have even mixed bouquets with sat and stream channels .I do not use the onyx and think it is an extra app to install

Onyx is a skin by Kiddac not a plugin.
