[VU+ Duo4K] Blank Screen but getting Audio on some FreeSat Channels

I have three boxes running the latest image and all are suffering the same issue. Using FreeSat i have noticed that Sky News & Sky Mix when I 1st select them I get a blank screen but Audio is fine, if I activate a recording on the same channel it records correctly video & audio, if I then return to the same channel both video & audio are present as they should be. I'd be interested if anyone else is noticing the same issue....?

If you are on 6.8.009, you are not on the latest image.

I am not experiencing the issue you mention on Sky Mix HD on 12168 MHz using a Vu Duo 4K. When did you last update your channels? Using ABM is easiest.

Interestingly im not getting prompted to upgrade to 6.9.001 when I run a software update, either....?

You cannot update to 6.9 001 from 6.8 xxx. You have to flash and then restore settings and plugins after new image is flashed. Please be aware 6.9 002 may require a flash and restore owing to a lot of packages having to be rebuilt.

Please try updating your channels/services first.
