Can't record when watching another program

try the same without connection to internet.

Does exactly the same thing if not connected to the internet

I remembered that I added a swap file as I saw it recommended on a different thread on here. I've just deleted that and turned the swap file option off and it seems to be working ok again.

Fingers crossed it stays like that!

And the intermittent problem has re-occurred again this evening. It's so frustrating. Can anyone help?
