[VU+ Solo2] e2m3u2bouquet epg

my m8 as a vu+ solo 2 with e2m3u2bouquet but when she try's to create bouquets it will download m3u and create bouquets and download epg but when she checks the channels no epg
i have tried her details on my box and it works fine all epg showing
have tried my details on her box no epg showing
tried her box in my house all epg is there
same provider on both and same internet company
only thing i can see is when epg downloads in her house it gets to about 30 000 events and stops in my house it gets to about 60 000 events and then stops
she is on a standard broadband gets about 7 meg and i am on fibre about 70 meg
any ideas please
