[VU+ Duo] Flashing ViX

Hello
i am a new in this forum and i am having problem downloading vix image in the usb every time i download the image my vu+ duo freeze on (Loading Please wait)
the image in the box black hole 2.0.5, i need help please thank you

i have vu+ duo in the flash box i downloaded black hole 2.0.5 and i am trying to use another images but in external a flash usb stick by trying downloading vix image in the usb stick the image freeze on (Loading Please wait) in my vu+ duo. h hope this info. helpful and thank you

My Uno used to do this all the time, but it was the BH image it would not work with after a flash, I still have not gotten to the bottom of it. Which exact ViX images have you tried so far ?.

I'm new to all this I've got vu duo box had for a year I got an old vix image on there an I wanna update it to the Apollo I believe its the latest one (but if there's a better one out there please do tell me because I'm clueless about this) anyway I that one because I believe I could get that sky skin on it the blue one. But I wanna install an HDD drive in there to get an EPG but don't know how to this....so can I get some help please of if there's any chance someone is from Birmingham who can do this for me I will give them some £??? Anyone out there?
