The "all channels" bouquet is missing some channels as reported by a user on another forum. This occurs when some sections are hidden.

I'm not sure if this thread is a wind up.

You are deleting the sections your swaps are coming from, and then seem to expect them to show anyway.

The person reporting the issue is hiding the selected bouquets. The all bouquet should contain all channels that are in the other bouquets showing.

The missing channels are in the entertainment bouquets.

The "all" bouquet contains all non-hidden sections. e.g. you hide the adult section, you don't want its channels popping up in your "all" bouquet.

Ok, just to understand this fully:

BBC one HD, BBC Two HD, ITV 1 HD, Channel 4 HD and Channel 5 HD are officially in the secondary section/bouquet.

You are implying/suggesting that:
The user has hidden this section, the all bouquet does not contain the channels that are officially in the hidden section.

So how come the the Entertainment bouquet shows the channels that are officially in the hidden section? Can't this logic be applied to the all bouquet?
