[VU+ Duo2] Missing Dvb-T2 driver for the Vu+ Duo2 dub-t2 model

ok, finally got time to test this, all work fine here with todays drivers

133 channels found.


please sure your setup is correct for your area, check the terestrials.xml that have the correct transponders for country/region.

I dont get that... i get 120 channels when i scan...

on tuner config it says

Tuner C: Vuplus DVD-T NIM(SSh108)(DVB-T2)
Switchable tuner typesDVB-T2,DVB-C)
enabled

when i go into those settings it sayd
Tuner type: DVB-T2
Configuration mode: enabled
Terrestrial provider: Europe, Middle East, Africa: DVB-T Frequencies
Enable 5V for active antenna: off

I can change terrestrial provider to only iceland or australia... both DVB-T

In Manual Scan, i was able to get the HD channels loaded, and modified the bouquet so it is working, but not when trying auto as previously...

I used the latest drivers from here:

Did i miss something?

sound like the terestrial.xml is out of date, and why i started thread asking people to update their providers.
on a side note, if you can tune a DVB-T channel and then go to MENU -> Information --> Service, and get me the debug log, i will try to make ABM provider for you, but at the moment it does not support HD, but it does create a bouquet with correct numbering.

You didn`t miss anything. The situation at the moment is, that in Automatic scan or Manual scan/Complete it only scans T-services. So you have to do Single transponder scan in DVB-T2 mode channel by channel to find T2 channels.

Please understand Andy, this is not a question of terrestrial.xml. This is the question of recognition of T2 tuner in Automatic Service scan mode or Manual scan complete mode. Tuner is not there recognized as T2.

Even though i had it working via manual and bouqets manual updates... it was probably time i upgraded to the new version anyway...

Now the task of putting the plugins back on begins

whilst this had previously worked for me, its stopped working again... when i goto menu > service information the provider is blank... namespace: 0xeeee0000 service ref: 1:0:1:2100:200B:233A:EEEE0000:0:0: guess i need to do another fresh install its currently on vuduo2-Helios.017
