New Satellite Reciever

Hi, I am looking to buy my first Linux based Satellite receiver and would like some recommendations please.

I am looking for a twin tuner or more, PVR with a good EPG; I would also like it to be a media player. I have been looking at VU+ Duo2 but is there something with as high spec but at a more affordable price?

I would like to mainly watch UK Freeview, but what would be involved in picking up the Greek Satellite channels on Nova?

Hi m8,
have a look at Solo2. Great box and a lot cheaper than duo. Put Vix image on and you have a great epg. To pick up Greek channels you would need to be able to get 13East Hotbird sat

Think you might as well forget about Greek channels from nova. Think only two are fta, and one of them is government stuff. Nova cards will not work as far as I know in linux boxes as they are paired to the nova box.
The only way to view the channels now is with a box from nova with a paired card.
Ideally pay for a friend or family member on Greece to get it installed in Greece then have your friend/family member post you the box/card.
Then all you need is a satellite pointing at hotbird 13 e.

That's what I did in the end after finding other methods of viewing where drying up.
The nova box is naff but its only reliable way at the moment.
I also have solo2 for other stuff but no go as I said with Greek.

So comparing the Solo2 and the GiGablue QUAD, the solo2 is a little bit more expensive but does the GiGablue QUAD do the same as the solo2 if flashed with the same image VIX etc? I think I want a receiver with a 1.3ghz chip or better...
