Is 587 available as an upgrade online via vu+ box? as its coming up on my box as no upgrade available

I believe build 588 is currently set as a unstable update while we check on the status of some bug fixes, you would need to activate the allow unstable updates option to update the image until the feeds are again set to stable.

Strange...Just did an update to 588, and it changed my A/B diseqc setup to Singel. I've never before experiensed that the setup has been altered by an update.

This is indeed an exception, due to the fact that the default has been changed.

Guys i'm closing this thread for a while until we can sort through it and move the various Technical and support requests to more appropriate sections.

Please understand that this is supposed to be a General chatter thread about the image where you can leave comments etc, this is not intended or suited to be a live support thread and as such it is now over 1000 posts in size.

if you need specific help create a thread dont post issues in these threads in the future. This thread will be re-opened when we have had a chance to clean it up a little ( could be a few days by the looks of the work involved ).

Great update guys, just wondering when using the EPG is there any way to change the Channel +/- back to what it used to do, bringing up a list of bouquets instead of moving forward/back 24 hours?

Not sure what you mean try menu.setup..system.button setup and change channel +/- button mode

Nah not that.

Previously when you pressed the EPG button and then pressed channel + it would show the bouquet list but now it moves the EPG along 24 hours.

I can press the left/right arrows to change bouquet but I'd prefer to have it back to how it was if possible.

No there isn't but you can either cycle through bouquets or bring up a list if you have show bouquets at launch enabled by pressing the < > buttons
