The latest release is the best yet big respect to the team behind Open WebInterface project

When I try to strem I get error messaage sorry function not yet implimented

me to m8 i can play everything off the hard drive great now but live streaming gives errors

fingers crossed this will be fixed soon

Don,t use the webtv button. Go in to a bouquet and click on a telly icon and it should stream if not bassethound has posted up an updated ipk for his plugon that does work.

Go into menu. Plugins openwebif and click on it and disable authebitcatin.

It might get fixed in newer versions as this is still a work in progress ;)

With the New Webinterface and the Old Webinterface when i click on the TV icon to stream it downloads a m3u file, How do i play/stream this file?

when you click on the tv icon you should get a popup box using asking you what you want to open the file with i selected wmp from the drop-down menu

im using firefox

Dont use Chrome, Firefox will open it in your default media player

I downloaded FF as i was using chrome but it still don't work, WMP doesn't recognise the file type VLC Player just doesn't play.

for me viedo stremanig over LAN is working both on SD and HD by clicking on the tiny tv in channel list.

what I really miss is the option to add timers via webif. the "not yet implemented" message pops up.
Really openwebif has a really nice inteface compared to webinterface, but I'm wondering why it has been choosed to use the openwebif as deault in the 2.3 VIX that is still in progress and has so many missing functions.
